From your booking to their doorstep, in six steps.
Nothing here is automated away. A human coordinator owns the visit from the confirmation call until your parents are back home and the summary is in your WhatsApp.
-
01 · 2 min
You book the visit
Appointment date and time, pickup address, hospital and department. If the appointment isn't booked yet, we book it.
-
02 · 15 min
Coordinator calls
Two minutes to confirm mobility, wheelchair, language, fasting, and how your parents like to be spoken to.
-
03 · evening before
You approve the companion
Photo, ID, languages and rating — forwarded to your parents too, so a familiar face is expected at the door.
-
04 · visit day
Pickup, on WhatsApp
Photo check-in at the door, then WhatsApp live location the whole way to the hospital — the way you track a bus.
-
05
Inside the hospital
Token number, queues, scans, and the consultation itself — typed into the WhatsApp thread as it happens, with a video call if you want to hear the doctor yourself.
-
06
Home, then the summary
Medicines, next appointment, drop back, and a written summary with prescriptions photographed and dosage explained.
The whole visit comes to your WhatsApp.
Nothing to install and no password to remember. The companion shares live location from the same number that messages you, so you can watch the trip the way you watch a cab — from the next room or from another country.
Ask us to add up to three family members to the thread and everyone sees the same updates at the same time.
WhatsApp shares live location in eight-hour blocks, so on a full-day visit the companion restarts it — you will see a fresh location card in the thread.
Pay online
UPI, card or netbanking
Settle the visit fee at booking; actuals are added to the invoice afterwards with receipts attached.
Pay before service
Invoice at drop-back
Default for same-day bookings. You pay once your parents are home and the summary is signed off — 24 hours to settle.
Advance deposit
₹1,000 float
For monthly plans: the companion pays cab and pharmacy from the float, so your parents never take out their own money.
Questions families ask
Is the companion medically trained?
They are trained in elderly mobility, fall prevention, dementia handling and hospital navigation — not in clinical care. They do not give medicines or advise on treatment; they make sure your parents get to the right doctor and that you hear exactly what was said.
Who pays the hospital and the cab?
The companion pays from a Yadhan float and uploads every receipt; it appears on your invoice at actual. Your parents are never asked for cash, and nothing above your approval limit is spent without pinging you first.
What if the appointment runs long?
The companion stays. Waiting beyond the booked hours is ₹149 an hour, charged in 30-minute blocks — and never charged when the delay is ours.
Can we have the same companion every time?
Yes — that is what the monthly plan is for. Elderly parents settle far better with a face they recognise, so we hold the same person for your slots.
Cancellation?
Free until four hours before pickup. Inside four hours, 30% of the visit fee. If the hospital cancels the appointment, you pay nothing.
I live abroad. Can I follow the visit?
Yes — most of our bookings come from outside India. WhatsApp live location, a running thread of updates, and an optional video call during the consultation so you can ask the doctor your own question.
