Urgent visit companion

When something is wrong today — fever that won't settle, a fall, a sudden call from your parents. We send the nearest verified companion to take them in and stay with them.

  • Median 90 minutes from booking to the companion at their door
  • Coordinator finds an OPD slot or takes them to casualty, and calls you from there
